Collection of Information
We do not collect any personally identifiable information. The
information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request.
We do collect the location you shared a song from and the title
and artist of the song, as well as the method you used to share
the song. We collect this information in order to be able to
provide a map of songs shared by location and eventually to
be able to report on trends of popular music by geographic region
and social network.
All of your email login information as well as your Facebook
and Twitter (and in the future other social network) usernames
and passwords are stored only on your iPhone or iPod Touch and
are never transmitted to our servers. Your data exchanges with
Facebook and Twitter are governed by their respective privacy
policies and San Francisco App Studio in no way warrants the
security of your data with these services.
Distribution of Information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other
companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation.
We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2)
trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud
or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which
has already taken place. The information is not provided to
these companies for marketing purposes.
